Sorry this very short notice but we have been keen to catch this film..

This is coming Sunday 1st February,  the cinema group will be going to see “H is for Hawk” at the Broadway cinema.   The film is due to start at 13.30 and we will meet in café from 12.45..

Claire Foy gives a career – best performance in this emotionally charged adaptation of Helen MacDonald’s award – winning memoir. When her beloved father (Brendon Gleeson) dies unexpectedly, in an effort to process her loss, Helen retreats from the world in order to train a fearsome Northern goshawk.

We will be going to Dolce’s for a meal if you would like to join us after the film.
