We all contribute in a small way to the meetings, decided by members, which may be on specific artists, movements, or topics such as ‘women artists’ or ‘sculpture’, for example. No one is expected to be an expert, just to have an interest in art and a desire to learn more. There is no group leader.
Our aims are: to increase our knowledge; to meet like-minded people and share our interest in art, as well as sharing information about all things connected to the art world.
Whenever appropriate, the group will visit exhibitions and events on a social basis.
